Hourly Rate:
My fees are priced from £5.50 per hour for pre-schools, and £6 per hour for before and after school. Fees are to be paid weekly or monthly in advance. All fees are charged to the next nearest half hour, e.g. if you require care for 5 hours and 10 minutes, your fees would be charged at 5 hours and 30 minutes. I currently accept various employer Childcare Vouchers, but am willing to apply to accept any others if it helps you with your fees. Please see my Fees Policy for more information.

Term-Time Only Contracts:
I am happy to offer term-time only contracts. These are charged at full fees through term-time and half fees for your school's publicised holidays. This is to hold your child's space open.

Retainer Fee:
A Retainer Fee is used for parents who work shifts and require varying care days.
The Retainer Fee is half of my hourly rate.

Booking Fee:
A Booking Fee may be charged to confirm your child's place in my childminding service, should your child not start immediately.

​Late Payments of Fees:
I work as a childminder because it is a career I enjoy, however this is my income and like you, I have bills and expenses to pay and a family to support. Therefore, please ensure prompt payment of fees. If I have not received payment on the agreed due date, I will issue a gentle reminder. If I still have not received payment thereafter, I may implement a daily late fee charge until the fees are paid in full - this is detailed in my Fees Policy which you will receive with your contract.
I reserve the right to cease minding your child until I receive payment.

Hours of business:
Tuesday to Friday, 8am - 5/5:30pm
If you need care out-with these hours, please ask and I might be able to compromise.

Absence/Illness:
Illness (me): No fees apply
Illness (mindee): Full fees apply
Holidays/Occasional days off (Me): No fees apply
Holidays/Occasional days off (mindee): Full fees apply

Holidays:
I take approximately 7 weeks of holidays per year unpaid. I close over Christmas/New year to spend time with my own family.
Any occasional days off or holidays you wish to take out-with these 7 weeks will be charged at full fees.
